Free College Tuition for First Responders

The Public Safety Recruitment and Retention Act

As the sponsor of Missouri's Senate Bill 71, I am proud to announce that applications for the Public Safety Recruitment and Retention Act Scholarship are now open.

The scholarship provides the cost of tuition to eligible public safety personnel, as well as their dependent children who are pursuing a qualifying program from any Missouri public or independent college or university, as well as Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) accredited training providers.

This scholarship is my way to honor and thank those who devote their lives to protect their community.

Governor Kehoe and I encourage all eligible Missourians to apply and take advantage of this opportunity. To begin your application, click here.
